Warranty and Claims Registry
**The Orthopaedic Sleeve Society Warranty Policy**
Thank you for choosing The Orthopaedic Sleeve Society. We
are committed to delivering high-quality products and stand behind them with
this Limited Warranty for physical goods purchased directly from us. This
warranty complements your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
**What Does This Warranty Cover?**
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or
workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. A defect is a fault in
the product’s construction or materials that affects its performance for its
intended purpose.
**Warranty Periods**
- **Severs Sleeve**: 6 months from the date of purchase.
- **Compress Sleeve**: 30 days from the date of purchase.
- **Hydrogel Wrap**: 30 days from the date of purchase.
**What Will We Do?**
If your product is defective within the Warranty Period, we
will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent.
- Refund the purchase price.
All repairs, replacements, or refunds are free of charge,
including return shipping.
**How to Make a Warranty Claim**
1. Submit your claim within the Warranty Period via the
online claims portal (access details included in your product package) or email

2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order
number), photos of the product showing the defect, and the product’s
tag/identifier.
3. We will review your claim and respond within 10 business
days with next steps.
4. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (if
return is needed) and process the repair, replacement, or refund.
**Warranty Registration**
Your product package includes access to our online warranty
registration portal. Registering your product within 30 days of purchase helps
us process claims faster and keeps you updated on your warranty status.
Registration is optional and does not affect your warranty or ACL rights, however does serve as your acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions of Use.
**What Is Not Covered?**
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric fading or stretching
from regular use).
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or failure to follow care
instructions (e.g., washing in hot water when cold is recommended).
- Damage from external conditions (e.g., submersion in water
for non-waterproof products).
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
**Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law**
Our goods come with guarantees under the ACL that cannot be
excluded. These include that products are of acceptable quality, fit for
purpose, and free from defects for a reasonable period. If a product fails to
meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy (e.g., repair,
replacement, or refund), even after the Warranty Period ends. For more
